Tranquilo! Pura Vida! Todo Bien! Welcome to Surf Inn Hermosa, your tranquil oceanfront Costa Rican getaway. Ideally situated in the heart of Playa Hermosa Costa Rica, Surf Inn is located beach front, with a consistent surf break out front and many more within walking distance.
We offer two types of accommodations:
(4) studio apartments & (2) beach front condos. The hotel has a secluded roof top cafe & lounge where you can enjoy great food, browse our library of books for something to read down at the beach, or plan your day at our tour desk.
Guests have direct beach access with a private sidewalk / staircase that leads directly to the surfing breaks out front. Surf Inn is located adjacent to the Costal Highway, locally known as the "costanera". Excellent highway access allows for easy trips to numerous area beaches, to the north; Jaco (5 min), Herradura (15), Barranca (1 hour); and to the south, Esterillos Oeste (15), Bejuco (25) or Manuel Antonio (1 hour).
We help our guests choose which beaches to surf depending on the current swell, tides and weather conditions. To help demonstrate the consistentcy of the surf both in Playa Hermosa and in front of the hotel, Surf Inn hosts a live webcam (see feed below) and also post a daily visual surf report.
