These four studio apartments were completed in December 2008 and consist of two studios on the first floor and two on the second floor.
Capacity: Each unit sleeps 2-4 depending on arrangements. There is a queen bed, an individual bunk and a fouton couch which can be converted into a bed for 1 person.

There is a consistent surfing break directly in front of the hotel, accessible without crossing any roads or major highways.
